Do you want to eat healthy without all the fuss? Stock your freezer with crockpot freezer meals! Here are 17 healthy crockpot freezer meal plans that I’ve tried myself (free grocery lists included!).
One thing that I’ve learned about myself is that I only like really simple things. Complicated, time-consuming recipes are never going to happen at my house. If I can get an easy meal in the crockpot, I am pretty darn proud of myself.
A few years ago, I started freezing meals for my crockpot and it changed my life.
Why crockpot freezer meals?
- They don’t require any cooking ahead of time so they’re very quick and easy to make.
- They cook for the first time out of the freezer and don’t taste like leftovers at all.
- I can dump a meal into the crockpot in the morning and come home to a delicious meal at 6pm (and boy does my house smell amazing!).
I like to devote an hour on the weekend to making 7-10 meals at once so our freezer stays stocked. After sharing 50+ of my own crockpot freezer meal plans on this blog, I thought it might be helpful to highlight some of my healthy favorites. Enjoy, Friends!
