A lot of people have asked me for allergy-friendly crockpot freezer meals, so I decided to pull together all of the freezer meal prep sessions that I’ve done that are naturally gluten-free and dairy-free.  During the “prep session,” all you do is combine the meat, vegetables, sauces, and spices in baggies and freeze. (That’s right – there’s no cooking required ahead of time!) Below, you’ll find links to all of my free recipes and shopping lists. Enjoy, Friends!

11 Gluten Free Dairy Free Crockpot Freezer Meal Prep Sessions

What’s so great about these freezer meal prep sessions?

  • There’s no cooking required ahead of time, so you can easily make 6-8 meals in an hour.  Simply combine the ingredients in plastic freezer bags and freeze for up to three months.
  • You can save money by buying the ingredients in bulk.
  • All of the recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free. (They’re also delicious – I tried all of them myself!)

Below, you’ll find a list of recipes included in each prep session and a link to the free printable recipes and shopping list.  If you want to read more about how I made each group of meals, search my website for more info.

If you’re making these meals for someone with a food allergy, please read every single ingredient’s nutritional label to check for gluten and dairy.  Foods with gluten often contain the words wheat, barley, rye, or oats (among others).  Dairy can be listed as butter, cheese, or milk or less obvious words like lactose and whey (use Google for complete lists).  Meat, produce, and individual spices are naturally free of gluten and dairy, but processed foods might surprise you (for example, always check broths, pasta sauces, soy sauces, and vinegars).  I added notes below about specific items to check, but it’s important to be extra careful when dealing with food allergies.

Without further ado…

I’m excited to try some of the gluten free recipes.
I will say that some of them are NOt gluten free but can easily be made gf. Example: teriyaki chicken calls for soy sauce. Soy sauce is NOt gluten free but tamari sauce is a good substitute. Just be careful if you are making this for some with celiacs.

Your website has been instrumental in my family’s transition to a (mostly) gluten free/dairy free diet. Thank you so much for this wonderful service you provide!

My questions: Regarding your Honey Dijon Beef / Chicken with red potatoes recipes … Should I cut the beef into smaller chunks? And at what point do you wash the potatoes? I’ve read that you shouldn’t wash fruits/veggies before freezing because it causes freezer burn, but the recipe says to put the frozen potatoes right into the crockpot. Should I wash the potatoes when they’re frozen? Thanks so much!
