  6. Meatball and Tomato Soup

How do I get the recipes for 10 Healthy Freezer Meals from Whole Foods? I don’t see a link. I’m watching the event right now but maybe this is sent to me later. This is the first time I’ve seen your class, so I’m unfamiliar with the process. Thank you for your time!

Can any of these meat recipes be made using ground chicken/beef etc? I tend to buy frozen chubs (not ideal I understand but it is what I afford these days)

I wouldn’t substitute a ground meat for any of the chops, meatballs, etc. Sorry about that!

I signed up for the 12/7/21 FREE class at 10 AM, but now I have a conflict. Would you please move me to the 1 PM class and email me a confirmation?
