To say “thank you” for your ongoing encouragement and support, I’m giving one lucky reader over $200 in freezer cooking essentials – including my favorite slow cooker, food chopper, baggy clips, and more!

Note: Giveaway ended 7/13/15.  The winner was Kelsie H.  Congrats, Kelsie!  I hope you love all of your freezer cooking essentials.

The Ultimate Freezer Cooking Giveaway

During the month of June, my new Slow Cooker Freezer Meals eBook hit the shelves and thousands of people rallied around me to share their support and encouragement.  I put tons of blood, sweat, and tears into writing my eBooks (figuratively, not literally) and by the time I launched the new book I thought I would be exhausted and burnt out.  Instead, I emerged excited, inspired, and energized.

Thank you.

The Ultimate Freezer Cooking Giveaway

To show my appreciation, I put together a freezer cooking prize pack worth over $200.  These are items that I personally own and love or are currently on my “wish list.”  Every single item will help you prep freezer meals quickly and efficiently.

The Ultimate Freezer Cooking Giveaway

My favorite freezer meals are the ones that don’t require any cooking ahead of time – simply combine the meat, vegetables, sauces and spices, and freeze. This method of freezer cooking changed my life and inspired my three freezer cooking eBooks.  There’s no easier way to make healthy, delicious, and budget-friendly food.

The Ultimate Freezer Cooking Giveaway

You don’t need any special tools to make “no-cook” freezer meals, but I hope that these prizes make it a little bit easier and for the winner to prep healthy meals quickly.  These are all items that I love and I think time in the kitchen should be fun.

The Ultimate Freezer Cooking Giveaway

One lucky winner will receive over $200 in prizes, including:

I have never made freezer crock-pot meals before, but I am going to give it a try! My mom is having back surgery next week, and I want to give her as many as her freezer will hold. Hopefully they will ease the worrying of “what’s for dinner” and “I need to go to the store” so she can focus on healing. I also hope to do this for myself too since I am a teacher, and I never eat healthy dinners during the school year because I come home too tired to cook! Thank you for your excellent books… Read more »

No I have not made freezer meals before, I want to so making healthier meals for my family will be easier and more convenient. I am unable to cook meals in the evening because of health complications. Prepping at my convenience and having meals ready to cook or throw in the crock pot would be so much better than the hamburger helper, frozen pizza and other quick meals that we are currently eating. “I commented”

I have never made crockpot freezer meals before. In the past few years, I have made positive changes to my lifestyle; but I have always had problems staying on a healthy track with my eating. Unfortunately, my job keeps me very busy; and the first thing to go is meal prep. As a consequence, I eat a lot of foods that are convenient, but not necessarily healthy. I’m trying to turn over a new leaf and prepare meals ahead of time so my eating can match the active lifestyle I have now adopted. My sister suggested your website, and I… Read more »

I have tried freezer meals in the past. I love the idea of having meals in the freezer, but i have figured out my 3 in 1 size hamilton crockpot cooks really hot and that is why my meals haven’t turned out as well. I checked it the other dwy after some research. After it was on warm for a couple hours i checked temp and it was 180…on warm. No wonder my meals have not cooked right. I bought your freezer meal cookbook bundle. I am excited to try them but am waiting until i get a new crockpot.

I’ve made freezer meals on a very small scale, I always feel I’m not organized enough to tackle a large scale session. I have been reading your blog for a while and feel really inspired by your meal planning. Congratulations on your wonderful news :0.

I have tried making freezer meals before. My son, who is usually picky when it comes to eating meat, has no problem enjoying these delicious meals. They always come out so tender and full of flavor. Thanks Kelly! For someone who is not much of a cook, you make it a lot easier!

No, I am a newbie to making freezer meals but not to making meals with a slow cooker. I just had a baby though and he has several special needs and so freezer meals would make life much easier and cut down on our fast food life style a lot.

I’ve been making freezer meals for a year now. Some are “make ahead” which I freeze in individual portions for my husband’s work lunch (they are so much more cost effective than buying lunch everyday and no weird ingredients). His co-workers ask if I cook all day, everyday to make his lunches. If they only knew! My favorites are the ones that can go from freezer to oven or crockpot.

Yes! I love making freezer meals. I usually grocery shop twice a month, followed by 2-3 days of food prepping. The rest of the time I don’t have to do much in terms of cooking – just dump a bag in the crockpot, or pull something down to thaw, or chop some lettuce for a salad. All that is minimal compared to fully prepping everything every day. I’m trying to convince my mom how beneficial it would be for her since she and my dad both work a lot during the week, and could really use this method. Maybe if… Read more »

Now, after making some healthy life changes, I’m searching for a healthy and convenient way to make sure my eating matches my new exercise lifestyle.
