- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb boneless sirloin steak
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red onion
- 1 yellow onion
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning you can substitute your favorite combination of herbs and seasonings

- 2 9x13" disposable or aluminum baking pan
