  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning you can substitute your favorite combination of herbs and seasonings

  • 2 9x13" disposable or aluminum baking pan
  • 1 sheet Aluminum foil
