Together, we’ll prep six healthy and delicious meals in only 30 minutes! The meals can be frozen for up to three months and cooked later in the your crockpot or instant pot.
What We're Making

What should I do if I’m only cooking for 1-2 people?
The recipes in the Challenge have 4-6 servings each. I’ll give you a couple of options during the Challenge to adapt them for less people but my favorite method is to split each recipe into two freezer bags. That way you use all the ingredients and end up with double the meals!
How long does it take to complete the Fill Your Freezer Challenge?
The Challenge takes place over the course of three days and each day has its own quick and easy task. Each task should take an hour or less, and you can complete it anytime during the day, so it’s very doable! I already prepped my meals and they only took 30 minutes total! You got this!!!
Can I complete the Fill Your Freezer Challenge later if I’m busy this week?
Yes, absolutely! You can complete the Challenge whenever you have time! You can even complete it again and again whenever you need extra motivation to stock your freezer!
Which recipes are included?
The Challenge includes three gluten-free, dairy-free recipes that my family loves! You can make the meals along with me in a quick, 30-minute video. We’ll be making honey sesame chicken, turkey black bean chili, and chicken cacciatore. To save time and money, we make two freezer bags of each recipe for a total of six meals! (The meals are good in the freezer for at least three months.)
